How much will I get paid?

Our pay rates are competitive and vary according to different factors, including your location and how many hours you work. To learn more about how much you could earn with a job at Alina Homecare, we recommend chatting with our friendly Jobs Team.

Which role is right for me?

Both our Care Assistant and Live-in Carer roles involve delivering high quality Care at Home, however, the role slightly differs between the two. Care Assistants travel to different client’s homes, while Live-in Carers move into the client’s home to provide round the clock support.

Do I need experience to apply?

You don’t need any previous experience to apply for one of our Care Assistant or Live-in Carer positions, although it could support your application. Our exclusive Academy will provide all the training you’ll need when you join our Team.

Do I need a driving licence and/or a car?

To join our Team as a Care Assistant, you’ll need a driving licence and access to a vehicle. This is so you can travel between client’s homes to deliver our Home Care. Live-in Carers may not need a driving licence.
